Digital Design Collaborative Project 2013
Task
“For this project, you will create a piece of Art, along with a promotional advertisement, that involves appropriate use of digital tools and collaborative practices for its design, creation, and evaluation. You will need to identify a significant concept that is appropriate for your chosen target audience, design and create a solution, as well as evaluate the Collaborative Art Piece, as is appropriate. The product/solution must demonstrate your Digital Design skills, and include a considerable amount of collaborative work, generated by others from your direction. ”
My goal for this project was to create a product that was both creative and spreads the message of global warming and the importance of creativity. Therefore, it has two purposes: to be an original work of art and to spread awareness about global warming and highlight the importance of creative art education for young people. I hoped to incorporate my own creative process and blend it with the contributions I received from others to create a well-rounded final piece of art.
